RENT A CAR RATES (In American Dollar, Tax Inclusive) In Collaboration With
INFORMATION UPON RENTAL AGREEMENTS: All the rates are daily, net in US dollar and inclusive of 18 % V.A.T. while gas and airport surcharges are excluded. Any increase to be made by the government on the rate of V.A.T. will effect the rates.
Upon the collection of the vehicle the person who hires the vehicle is given a Rental Agreement to check and sign. It is important our esteemed guests to be aware of Rental Agreement terminology and pay particular attention when signing or initialling the Rental Agreement as they will be charged for any additional items they accept.
All pre-paid rates include the following items: - A quality vehicle confirmed by group. - Unlimited mileage - CDW (Collision Damage Waiver). An excess of minimum $250 is applicable in the event of accidental damage regardless of fault in exchange for the miscellaneous costs. - 24 hours assistance - TP (Theft Protection) An excess of minimum $250 is applicable in the event of theft regardless of fault in exchange for the miscellaneous costs.
Option extras offered are supposed to be paid to the rental car company direct. Any options accepted on the Rental Agreement are at the additional cost and if initialized are Non-Refundable and therefore should not be signed or initialized unless our guests are sure that they are accepting the applicable costs. Standard options offered by the car rental company on the Rental Agreement usually comprise of the following.
PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) As most travellers already take out comprehensive travel insurance which provides adequate cover if so, this should be declined on the Rental Agreement. The amount varies between $10-25 depending on the chosen vehicle group. (Subject to change in accordance with the currency rates)
Pre-Paid Fuel Option As some car rental companies provide a full tank of fuel they will charge our guests for re-fuelling the vehicle if it is not returned with a full tank. By accepting this option our guests are agreeing to pay a pre-determined price for fuel regardless of whether they return the vehicle with a full, partially full or empty tank. This alleviates the need to search for a petrol station just prior to return, but there is no refund for any fuel remaining in the tank. If accepted, the amount to be charged will be printed on the Rental Agreement.
The rates do not cover the secondary driver. If required there will be extra charge at the time of car delivery. (The amount is around $ 5 a day but subject to change in accordance with the currency rate)
The age limit is 21 for A, B, C, D, K, P groups while it is 25 for F and G groups and 27 for H group vehicles respectively. The driving license should have been issued at least 12 months ago for A, B, C, D, K, P groups and 24 months ago for F and G groups and 36 months ago for H group respectively at the time of delivery.
Unless the vehicles are returned on the appointed date and time extra daily fee is charged.
Our rates are valid for minimum 3 day rentals and when booked 48 hours ago prior to the rental period. If it is shorter than 3 days still minimum 3 day rental fee will be charged. All car groups are subject to availability. The cancellations should be made 48 hours ago prior to the pick-up time at the latest as otherwise there would be no-show charge which would be equal to one day fee regardless the duration of the rental period.
Drop-off fee is charged, if the vehicle is delivered and returned at different locations. The amount will be advised along with the confirmation.
