  • Our rates are exclusive of the personal expenses, optional tours, customary tips to the guides and drivers, port taxes on the cruises.

Pamukkale (1) - Kusadasi (2) - Canakkale (1) - Istanbul (2)

 

Day 1: Antalya

Transfer from Marmaris to Pamukkale. Afternoon at leisure. Meet the guide, who will be coming from Cappadocia with your travel companions, at dinner (D).

 

Day 2: Pamukkale - Kusadasi

Tour the ruins of Hierapolis including the magnificently preserved cemetery "Necropolis", the Main Street and Gates, the Thermal Baths, the Roman Theatre and the Museum. Drive to Kusadasi for overnight (B, D).

 

Day 3: Ephesus & St. Mary’s House - Kusadasi

Tour the famous ruins of Ephesus and St. Mary’s Cottage (B, D)

Afternoon Optional: Tour of Sardis or Sirince.

 

Day 4: Pergamum - Troy - Canakkale

Early departure for Bergama and visit to the Asclepion and Acropol with the well preserved remains. In the afternoon continue on to Troy, the place where the legendary Trojan War took place as described in the historical work of Homer of Smyrna. After visiting the site with nine inhabitation levels covering a period of 3000 years, drive to Canakkale for overnight (B, D)

 

Day 5: Canakkale - Gallipoli - Istanbul

After breakfast sail to the other side of Dardanelles by a ferryboat and drive to Istanbul with visit to Gallipoli, historically famous for being the site of many battles - particularly involving the Allied Forces including Australians and New Zealanders during World War I. Arrive in Istanbul and overnight (B).

 

Day 6: Istanbul

Half day tour to include Topkapi Palace (excluding Harem), Hippodrome, Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar (B).

Optional: Afternoon Spice Market and Bosphorus cruise

 

Day 7: Istanbul

Transfer to the airport (B).
